  • Step One

    • Start by booking an initial session with our kinesiologists or CPT for a full assessment. We will find your strength and mobility imbalances. The CPT will write a personalized programming to work on the findings

    • Or give us a Call/ email

    Step Two

    • Program is made and you chat with our personal trainer and run through these exercises via online video chat or in person.

    Step Three

    • Online video chat with our personal trainer for follow up questions and more tailored programming. Can be weekly or monthly.

  • Kelly is our in house Certified Personal Training with specializing injury recovery

How it Works

Personal Training this in-depth requires a full assessment from our Kinesiologists or our Certified Personal Trainer. During the Initial personal training session, we will run a variety of special strength and mobility tests to find your specific imbalances and compensation patterns. We then tailor the program to not only fit your bodies needs, but also the equipment you have available, the amount of time you have, days per week, and your goals. After this we have video online follow ups with the certified personal trainer weekly or monthly depending on your needs. At this time we only do Personal training for Injury rehabilitation and Optimizing daily life. We do not do weight loss programs at this time.

Injuries are complex by nature, Kelly Supervich is a Massage Therapist who has worked with athletes and recovery since 2018. Her career has largely been focused on Injury prevention and injury recovery with soft tissues.
