Step One
Start by booking an initial session with our kinesiologists or CPT for a full assessment. We will find your strength and mobility imbalances. The CPT will write a personalized programming to work on the findings

Step Two
Program is made and you chat with our personal trainer and run through these exercises via online video chat or in person.
Step Three
Online video chat with our personal trainer for follow up questions and more tailored programming. Can be weekly or monthly.

How it Works
Corrective exercise is included in Kinesiology appointments and/ or a combination with Fascial Stretching techniques and corrective exercise to balance your body, promoting lasting effects well beyond your treatment session. This integrated approach addresses tightness and imbalances at the source, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function for long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Injuries are complex by nature, Kelly Supervich is a Massage Therapist who has worked with athletes and recovery since 2018, she is also a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in Corrective Exercise. Her career has largely been focused on Injury prevention and injury recovery with soft tissues.
