Rapid Neurofascial Reset Therapy
RAPID NFR is neurologically based. This is an evidence-based manual therapy treatment. NFR is active and generally done with clothes on. We pin the muscle while moving and stretching out the muscle, fascia, and nerve. This is going to reset the fascia and the nerve by focusing on the Central Nervous System’s role in decreasing muscle tension and restrictions.
What to expect,
RAPID treats and assess at the same time in different combinations depending on your injury, we evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Once the adhesion is found the therapist will then press on the adhesion and bring the muscle into its complete range. RAPID sessions can be uncomfortable during the movement phase of the treatment because the neurological system is being stimulated, therefore restore it to normal function.
