Muscle Release Massage Therapy & Kinesiology (MRMT) was founded in 2017 with the goal of offering high quality deep tissue, therapeutic massage therapy and kinesiology on a neurokinetic level with advanced assessment techniques to balance strength and mobility.Helping our clients recover and overcome injury and pain. Our therapists are held to the highest standards in our field. Each therapist has an in-depth understanding and knowledge about injuries and injury prevention and bring this knowledge to every interaction.
Our goal is to work with our patients to not only bring relief and recovery to their lives but ensure that they have the tools and knowledge to prevent reoccurring injuries. Everyone can benefit from Muscle Release Massage and Kinesiology techniques. Whether you are an office worker, an athlete, an Olympic lifter, MMA fighter, or have a more sedentary lifestyle we can help. When our muscles are subjected to repetitive use or sudden injury there is a build-up of collagen type 3 fibers wrapped around your muscle that creates a hard texture (also known as a knot) and the modalities we use break down these layers helping your muscles be more elastic and pain free.
We have created 2 different Hot Stone Courses that have been researched and proven to increase the efficiency and effectiveness during treatments while saving your hands. Heat and cold are often under utilized during massage, however there are amble of studies proving the benefits during recovery. We have taken the traditional hot stone massage and changed it to provide greater benefits for the therapist and the client. Our two courses are Jade Stone Course, Deep Tissue Hot Stone Course
