  5. Less time on specific biomechanics as our pressure goals are different

  6. Use Jade stones for massage and some Basalt stones for placement.

  7. Use Jade for Heat and Cold

  8. Using cold at the same time as heat for awakening the receptors

  9. Focus on how heat will help relax the mind, body and soul.

  10. How to perform massage on acute injuries

  11. Cleaning and re energizing stones post massage

Muscle Release Deep Tissue Hot Stone Course

  1. For RMT’s

  2. Therapeutic and Deep Tissue techniques that are new to the Hot Stone field

  3. Cover Common Injuries

  4. No Stationary placements of stones

  5. Spend a significant amount of time on biomechanics as we will use the stones for leverage to increase the power output and make it easier for the therapist.

  6. Use Basalt stones as they are easier to create more leverage and are all different sizes so we can find some that fit your hands

  7. Use Basalt for heat and Marble for Cold

  8. Using heat and cold for different purposes during injury recovery and prevention in tough tissues.

  9. Focus on how heat decreases the parasympathetic response and utilizing this to get deeper into the muscles

  10. How to treat acute and chronic injuries with heat and cold

  11. Clean stones for more efficiency between patients

We have created two courses because we want it to be easy for you to integrate the stones into your treatments. We find that we can add more details and information into a two day course about one topic than if we try to combine them. We often find that therapists end up taking both because you do both in your practice. We offer a %15 discount on your second course with us.
